Super hotel in an ideal location for Covent Garden, the sites of Brussels and shopping!! Very convenient grocery shop a few metres away and lots of restaurant choices. Hotel is very clean, rooms are super well maintained even if halls could do with an update in a lighter colour! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great spot for a 2-3 day visit to Brussels.

The location is very convenient - right next to metro, close to North station and meanwhile straight next to the old town. I was happy to see iron and ironing board in the room - that is a great advantage. Bed was comfortable, pillows were cosy. It was quiet, could barely hear when someone walked by down the hallway. The breakfast was of a very good value - besides the "standart" choices a good choice of seafood, wide variety of fruits and jams, you can get a freshly squeezed orange juice and even a piece of tasty Belgian dark chocolate for breakfast. Light-blocking curtains are a big plus as well.

Convenient location, just one stop from Brussels Airport and close to major public transport. It’s an easy walk to the city centre, with a supermarket right next door. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The sauna was also a great addition to the amenities.

The games area with pool table downstairs was great. There was often free snacks/little drinks at reception. It was about 10/15 minute walk from the main centre so good location whilst also being away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. Staff friendly. Room cleaned daily.

The location; it is a few minutes walk from Brussels North train station, can take you to the airport. There is a metro station and bus station right outside the hotel. There is a shopping mall across the street along with many restaurants. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, fitness centre.

The hotel's location is fantastic for business trips, offering easy access to essential destinations. The bar in the lobby provides a great space to relax or conduct informal meetings. Staff members are notably friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, being close to the metro makes travel around the city convenient.

Overall it is very good and comfortable hotel with established reputation. The room is good. The bed is very good. Very clean. Coffee and tea in the room makes very easy in the morning. The check-in and check-out is quick. The staff is professional, useful and friendly. Sauna an gym are great.
